Mod Fabric :: Daisy Janie

I need to make something out of this sweet fabric from Daisy Janie.  Neeeeed to.  Any ideas?  Floor pillows, maybe?  Roman shades?  What would you make?

About:

Daisy Janie offers organic cotton fabrics, printed with original modern designs by owner Jan DiCintio.  All fabrics are self-produced and are sold on a wholesale basis to independent fabric retailers as well as product manufacturers in the US and internationally.  All fabrics are printed on 4.5 oz, 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton fabric.  They have a midweight feel while maintaining a soft hand, drape and luster - perfect for hobby and home.

P.S.  They have a collection called Shades of Grey coming out in January 2011.  Super cool patterns in, well, shades of grey!

What a wonderful post to find via my friend Patricia from A Little Hut! Thank you for your kind words - it's a 24/7 obsession! The designs are begging to live in a modern space - here's a floor pillow I made that might give you some ideas: http://daisyjanie.typepad.com/daisyjanie/2010/10/sewing-for-quilt-market-modern-pillow-completed.html

Yes, pillowcases. With the kind of fabric and the print designs, it will make wonderful pillow cases.
