Hey, remember how I said I'd "see you Wednesday" and now it's the Tuesday after? Man, I'm sorry about that. Coming back from ICFF left me playing the catch-up game hard core and even included an inbox/whale carcass exploding incident. It was messy. BUT! I'm back! And ICFF was awesome:

I met and hung out with so many cool people!

I saw lots of cute dogs!

ROBOTS!

I had dinner with awesome people!

I saw tons of incredible designs!

I got a fake tattoo!

I stayed with one of my favorite people ever!

I even got to meet Jonathan Adler (OMG)! OMG.

I don't know that I've ever seen a piece of furniture with so many functions. At once, it's a table, lamp, and a single-drawer nightstand. Move things around a bit, and suddenly it's a vase! A table with a floating trivet! A stand-alone lamp! An iPhone charger! I mean, it's exhausting just listing all the possibilities.

Designer Sara Lee Parker hand-prints all her own textiles out of her home studio based in rural Georgia. The colorful, modern prints and patterns can be found on tea towels, napkins, aprons, and bags -- and can even be purchased by-the-yard!

I'm looking around my home right now for a new project to present itself, because this fabric is screaming my name! Curtains? Pillows? I've got to use it somehow.

My style twin Adrienne pinned these incredible ring boxes this morning and I loved them so, SO much, I simply had to track them down. Turns out, each box is made by hand from salvaged wood by one Mr. William Dohman aka Oh Dier. Aren't they rad??

I don't really have rings to store (other than my wedding ring, which seems to be permanently stuck on my finger... possibly due to the overzealous consumption of biscuits and gravy), but I do love tiny boxes and other interesting vessels... so, I may just have to get one. The only hard part, of course, is choosing which of the 15 colors I love best!
