Yes, designer cookies are for real.  And yes, those crazy (re: AWESOME) designs are actually edible - they're printed on edible paper using edible inks and attached to the buttery sugar cookie bases using regular ol' icing.  Fancy.  Pants.  Here's to design that's good enough to eat, eh?  Nom, nom, nom...
