It's been nearly three years since I first posted about Tyson Anthony Roberts and his ridiculously awesome abstract paintings. So, of course, I popped into his site the other day to see what he's been up to and I was blown away by the evolution of his style! He's moved into more mixed media with these latest pieces, using acrylic, crayon, and ink on paper... and you know what? I TOTALLY DIG IT. Flights of fancy, little color candies... that's what I call San Francisco-based artist Mia Christopher's mixed media pieces. Mainly utilizing ink, graphite, and colored pencil on paper, her pieces have just the right amount of abstracted whimsy! Check out more of Mia's work below!
